The Educational Memorial Programme is a way for you to honour the memory of your dog, whilst also making a lasting contribution to veterinary education. Future vets who are training at The University of Central Lancashire's School of Veterinary Medicine use animal bodies as an essential part ��Ƶir training, much like medical students learn from bequeathed human bodies. Your dog could allow them to advance their knowledge and experience, and become a highly skilled vet. Their legacy will be providing expert care to future generations of beloved pets.

In the event of losing your beloved companion, we would be honoured if you would consider taking part in our educational programme.

Your donation will allow our students and educational partners to advance their knowledge and experience, helping them become highly skilled veterinary professionals and provide expert care to future generations of beloved pets.

Every pet that is donated to the programme will be honoured with a special plaque on our dedicated memorial tree at the UCLan School of Veterinary Medicine.

To aid the development of competent and compassionate vets, we are asking you to raise awareness of this programme. By using ethically sourced donated bodies, we aim to honour the memory ��Ƶse beloved dogs and enable our students to benefit from hands-on learning experience.

In 2021, we launched our prestigious new School of Veterinary Medicine. We focus on producing practice-ready graduates, committed to advancing animal health and welfare. Our courses are delivered by an experienced team of veterinarians and animal scientists from all over the world, each with a wealth of clinical and research experience.

Developing competent and compassionate veterinary professionals is at the very heart of what we do. Our veterinary students and clinical staff will treat the animals with dignity and respect at all times.
