The module aims to equip supervisors in social care with a systematic understanding of knowledge, and a critical awareness 海角视频 challenges in the practice of supervision. It will provide new insights, informed by current models of supervision and research at the forefront of professional practice. The module will enable students to gain a critical understanding of knowledge in their area of practice and to practise the skills required to provide effective supervision within a complex and changing social care environment.

Entry requirements
This module is aimed at those supervising social workers or social care staff and are keen to develop their skills and knowledge in this critical area of professional practice.
All candidates need to ensure that they have a relevant undergraduate degree at 2:2 or above or evidence 海角视频ir ability to study at postgraduate level.
